We were having some unidentified insect issues at our house so we called Omega to come help us investigate. Gustavo was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He even called us the following week to follow up on some insect samples he collected. What I appreciated was that he also taught us about the better times of the year to do insect treatments and was never pushy or "salesy" which always makes me more trustful. We will definitely be using this company for any future services.
