We know the situation we all are in is unprecedented and wanted to take a moment and check-in with you:
1. We deeply care about our customers and are so grateful for your support, through these trying times.
2. According to the Order of the Health Officer of the County of Alameda, pest control is defined as part of the “Essential Activities” to protect the health and safety of the community we serve. As such we will continue to offer all of our general pest services.
This includes but is not limited to services for ants, cockroaches, rodents, bed bugs, spiders and rodent exclusion work.
3. We always insist on the best practices for safety, including offering paid time off to our employees, maintaining proper sanitization and following all regulations from the Alameda County Agricultural Department in addition to the Department of Pesticide Regulation.
4. Please support the small, local businesses in your area. Small businesses help keep our community thriving. Many of us are trying to ramp back up after a slow winter season, and this was an unexpected hit.
